Marty Wright is mortgaging property at No 86 Darley Street, Leicester, to James Boughton and John Davis for £210. The property consists of a " tenement and shop " and at some time was in the occupation of Edmund Wright.
In the second Indenture of 1923 we are told that James Boughton died in 1922 and that having paid off the mortgage, the property is being reconveyed to Mary Wright by John Davis.
