Thomas Mackrory of Trentham, Staffordshire. Carpenter George Benjamin Hammonds of Vauxhall, parish of Newport, Shropshire. Land Agent and Surveyor Abraham Butters of The Hollies, Gnossall, Staffordshire. Labourer Subject The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1882 in which William Bailey of The Hollies, Gnossall, mortgaged property to John Mackrory of Lilleshall, Shropshire for £200. William Bailey has since died leaving the mortgage with arrears of interest still owing. John Mackrory died in 1891 having appointed Thomas Mackrory and George Hammonds as his executors, instructing them to convert his real assests into cash. These two are now selling the property at The Hollies, Gnossall to Abraham Butters for £150. It appears to consist of 3 cottages with gardens. | |||||||||||||
