Thomas Frederick Wild of Broad Street Avenue, City of London, Chartered Accountant. Herbert Davan Wellon of Warwick House, Ballards Lane, North Finchley, Middlesex, Gentleman. Charles Joseph Burrows of 25 Wallen Street, Chelsea, Middlesex. Baker. Subject Charles Burrows is taking over the residue of a 93 year lease on property at 25 Wallen Street, Chelsea from Thomas Wild and Herbert Wellon on payment of £900. The document has 11 'Whereas' clauses starting with an underlease of 1845 between George Earl Cadogan, George Todd and George Brown. In 1847 George Brown assigns the lease to Henry Daven Wellon, who died in 1872 appointing his wife, Sarah Wellon, as executor. Sarah Wellon appointed Thomas Wild and Herbert Wellon as trustees, and now, after the death of Sarah in 1898, they are selling the lease which has a rent of £9 per annum. | ||||||||||||
