PARTIES
Frank Moore formerly of 23 Rippon Terrace, but now of Comon Cottage, Claremont, Halifax, Yorkshire, Joiner and Builder. Yorkshire Penny Bank. SUBJECT The Yorkshire Penny Bank lends Frank Moore £600 on security of land in the township of Northowram, Borough of Halifax, Yorkshire. In this Indenture Frank Moore covenents that he and his heirs will surrender the property to the Mortgagee if he defaults on his repayments. The property is Copyhold land on an area called the Camm(?) Field bounded by Alma Road on the South and Horley Green Lane on the East. It includes a house and joiners shop. The second indenture of 1909 records that only £200 is outstanding of the original loan, but that Frank Moore is now borrowing a further £400 from the Yorkshire Penny Bank. | ||||||||||||||
