Susannah Dunn and Daniel Benham are executors of the will of Charles Dunn of Farringdon Street, London, Surgeon (d.1842)

Susannah Dunn and Daniel Benham are assigning to James de la Salle, leases on 2 pieces of land with 2 tenements numbered 5 and 7 Baltic Street, Parish of St Luke, Middlesex for 235.

The document begins by reciting an indenture of 1810 in which Thomas Richards of Bridgewater Square, London, Watchmaker, (at the direction of James Dore of Bunhill Row, Middlesex, Carpenter), gave a lease on No 7 Baltic Street to Charles Dunn for for 61 years.

In another contract of 1809 Thomas Hacker of Featherstone Street, City Road, Middlesex, Timber Merchant, gave Charles Dunn a lease on No 5 Baltic Street for 61 years. Charles Dunn died in 1842 appointing Susannah Dunn and Daniel Benham as his executors.
