|Summary of contents|
Edward Christian of Liverpool, Lancashire. Shipsmith.
Henry Tipping of Liverpool, Lancashire. Gentleman.
Holbrook Gaskell of Prospect Hill within Appleton in the county of Chester. Esquire.
We are told that there were Indentures of Lease and Release made on 1st and 2nd January 1833 by which Edward Christian acquired property in Liverpool. He is now borrowing £500 from Holbrook Gaskell on security of that property. Henry Tipping appears to be some sort of trustee in the contract.
The property is a parcel of land in Liverpool on the North side of Pembroke Place and on the South side of Oakes Street, containing 6 messuages.
