We are told that the first 5 parties (the three brothers Carnley, Elizabeth Hirst and Sarah Briggs) are brothers and sisters, the divisees of Jonathan Carnley of Barnsley, Butcher.
They are now selling a dwelling house, together with room adjoining used as a butcher's shop, to Richard Senior and Foljanbe Wood for £150. The property is opposite a house in Barnsley known as the Ring of Bells.
